Is Evotor cash register supported?

No, it is not currently supported:

In the “Payments” section, you can view which orders/sales had receipts printed.


Connecting KKT and Fiscal Printers in HelloClient

HelloClient enables integration with fiscal cash register (KKT) or a fiscal printer to print receipts directly from the system. The receipt automatically displays the products/services for which payment was received.
For Russia, direct integration with KKMServer is available.


  1. Go to the KKMServer website and open the Supported Equipment tab to make sure your cash register is listed.

    Supported cash registers:

    • AТОЛ
    • ШТРИХ-М
    • R-Electro
    • РИТЕЙЛ
    • Paykiosk.ry
    • Dreamkas
    • Crystals
    • КИТ.
  2. Pay for the KKMServer license

    After payment, KKMServer will connect and configure your cash register.

  3. In HelloClient:

  • Go to “Settings” → “Integrations” → “Cash Register for Russia” → select your tax model.

  • Go to “Settings” → “Employees”, open an employee card, and enter the cashier’s TIN (ИНН) — required for receipt creation.


During integration setup, ensure that “Default Taxation System (SNO)” matches the one set on your cash register.

If the wrong SNO appears on the receipt — check that the SNO in HelloClient matches your device configuration.

To set up multiple SNO options:

  1. Configure taxation systems on your cash register

    This is done on the KKMServer side

  2. After KKMServer completes the setup, in HelloClient:

    • In the integration settings, set the “Default SNO” as the primary one
    • When printing a receipt, the system will ask which SNO to use

A receipt is automatically printed when:

  • 💳 Order is paid (full or partial).
  • 🛒 Product is sold in the “Store” module.
  • ✅ Check the “Print receipt” box in the payment window.

Go to “Payments” → filter operations by “Order Payment” or “Product Sale”.
