Where can I find call recordings?

Call recordings can be listened to in your MoiZvonki personal account.

How do I enable incoming call notifications?

Setup in 2 steps:

  1. Open Settings → Your Profile
  2. Check “Incoming call”

HelloClient Integration with MoiZvonki Telephony

  • Real-time call notifications
  • Quick access to the client card (if the number is in the database)
  • Create new clients when a call comes from an unknown number
  • Call recordings — available in MoiZvonki personal account
  • Send SMS from an Android device at operator rates

  1. In HelloClient go to: Settings → Integrations → Telephony.

  2. Select provider “MoiZvonki” → go to the service website and register.

  3. In the MoiZvonki personal account:

    • Add users in the “Settings” section
    • Download the app to your Android device
  4. On the Android device:

    • Enable all notification permissions
    • Activate “SMS sending mode” in the app settings
  5. In the MoiZvonki dashboard, go to “Settings” and edit the added user.

  6. Copy the API data from the “Integrations” section in the MoiZvonki personal account.

  7. Paste the data into HelloClient: Settings → Integrations → Telephony → Save.


  1. In HelloClient: Settings → Your Profile → Notifications.
  2. Enable “Incoming call”.
  3. Test it using “Send test notification”.

  1. In HelloClient: Settings → Integrations → SMS Notifications.

  2. Select “MoiZvonki” → paste the copied API data.

  3. Set up SMS triggers:

    • When order status changes
    • For feedback collection
    • Manual sending from the order card
  4. After integration, go to the MoiZvonki app on your smartphone, open settings and enable “SMS sending mode” with notification.
