Registration and Setup of Checkbox Account

Section titled “Registration and Setup of Checkbox Account”
  1. Register on the Checkbox website.
  2. Add:
    • Cash registers
    • Cashiers
    • VAT Tax

Enabling Integration in HelloClient

Section titled “Enabling Integration in HelloClient”

Go to: “Settings” → “Integrations” → “POS/Cash Register for Ukraine (Checkbox)”.

Filling in the Data

Enter in the fields:

  • Cashier Login → from the “Cashiers” section in Checkbox.
  • Cashier Password → from the “Cashiers” section in Checkbox.
  • License Key → from the “Cash Registers” section in Checkbox.
  • VAT Number → select from the list after entering the license key.

Verification and Saving

Click “Verify and Save”. Integration is ready to use!

Automatic Printing of Fiscal Receipts

Section titled “Automatic Printing of Fiscal Receipts”

Receipts are printed automatically when:

  • Order is closed → full amount.
  • Product sold → sale price.
  • Prepayment → check the “Receipt” box when taking advance payment.

💡 For prepayment:
The client will receive two receipts — one for the prepayment and one for the remaining balance.

Sending Receipts to Clients

Section titled “Sending Receipts to Clients”

To send receipts by email and SMS:

  1. In HelloClient:
    • Go to “Settings” → “Clients”.
    • Add the field “Email” with type “Email”.
  2. In Checkbox:
    • Make sure the client’s phone number and email are filled in.

Result:
The client will receive the receipt via the provided contacts.
