OnlinePBX Telephony

  • 🔔 Real-time call notifications.
  • 👤 Automatic navigation to the client card (if the number exists in your database).
  • Create a new client (if the number is not found).

  1. Copy the webhook from HelloClient:

    • Go to “Settings” → “Integrations” → “Telephony”.
    • Copy the notification URL.
  2. Add the webhook to OnlinePBX:

    • In the OnlinePBX dashboard, open “Integration” → “Webhooks”.
    • Click “Add +” → paste the copied URL.
    • Keep only the “Call Start” trigger enabled → save the changes.
  3. Activate notifications:

    • In HelloClient: go to “Settings” → “Your Profile” → “Notifications” → enable “Incoming call”.
    • In OnlinePBX: verify notification status in the top panel or profile settings.

  • When an incoming/outgoing call occurs, a clickable message will appear in the HelloClient Notification Center:
    • If the number exists → the client card will open.
    • If the number doesn’t exist → the “Create new client” form will open.
