Integration Features:

- 👤 Automatic navigation to the client card (if the number exists in your database).
- ➕ Create a new client (if the number is not found).
How to set up the integration?
Section titled “How to set up the integration?”-
Copy the webhook from HelloClient:
- Go to “Settings” → “Integrations” → “Telephony”.
- Copy the notification URL.

Add the webhook to OnlinePBX:
- In the OnlinePBX dashboard, open “Integration” → “Webhooks”.
- Click “Add +” → paste the copied URL.
- Keep only the “Call Start” trigger enabled → save the changes.

Activate notifications:
- In HelloClient: go to “Settings” → “Your Profile” → “Notifications” → enable “Incoming call”.
- In OnlinePBX: verify notification status in the top panel or profile settings.
How to test the integration:
Section titled “How to test the integration:”- When an incoming/outgoing call occurs, a clickable message will appear in the HelloClient Notification Center:
- If the number exists → the client card will open.
- If the number doesn’t exist → the “Create new client” form will open.
