Integration Features:

How to connect the integration?
Section titled “How to connect the integration?”-
In HelloClient:
- Go to “Settings” → “Integrations” → “Telephony”.
- Copy the notification link (webhook).

In Mango Office dashboard:
- Enable the API service in your Virtual PBX (VPBX) settings.
- Go to “Integrations” → “API Connector”.
- Paste the copied link into the “External system address” field.
- Enable the option “Certificate issued by a trusted authority” (for secure connection).

Activate notifications:
- In HelloClient: Settings → Your Profile → Notifications → enable “Incoming call”.
- In Mango Office: make sure notifications are activated in the profile settings.
How it works:
Section titled “How it works:”- When a call comes in, HelloClient will display a clickable notification:
- If the number is found in the database → the client card opens.
- If not found → a new client creation form appears.
