Mango Office Telephony

  • 🔔 Real-time call notifications
  • 👤 Automatic redirect to the client card (if the number exists in the database)
  • Create a new client (if the number is not found in the database)

  1. In HelloClient:

    • Go to “Settings” → “Integrations” → “Telephony”.
    • Copy the notification link (webhook).
  2. In Mango Office dashboard:

    • Enable the API service in your Virtual PBX (VPBX) settings.
    • Go to “Integrations” → “API Connector”.
    • Paste the copied link into the “External system address” field.
    • Enable the option “Certificate issued by a trusted authority” (for secure connection).
  3. Activate notifications:

    • In HelloClient: Settings → Your Profile → Notifications → enable “Incoming call”.
    • In Mango Office: make sure notifications are activated in the profile settings.

  • When a call comes in, HelloClient will display a clickable notification:
    • If the number is found in the database → the client card opens.
    • If not found → a new client creation form appears.
