Employee Activity Log
We’ve added an important report for owners—the activity log—which helps identify employee errors and resolve disputed situations.
What is now tracked
Section titled “What is now tracked”- Payment deletions — who deleted a payment and when
- Quantity changes — adjustments to the quantity of products and services in orders and sales
- Extended price tracking — all changes to prices, discounts, and cost
- Order and sale deletions — full deletion history with copies preserved
- Account logins — who logged in and when
Convenient filters for quick search
Section titled “Convenient filters for quick search”- By action — find a specific type of change
- By date — view activities over a selected period
- By employee — track activity of specific users
- By location — review actions by selected locations
Special features
Section titled “Special features”- View deleted orders and sales — even after deletion, the last saved copy is visible
- Detailed information — see exactly what changed (before → after)
